Sohna's New Gurugram corridor keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I'm so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, finally taking the plunge. With all the new road infrastructure, like the Sohna Elevated Expressway, prices there seem to have shot up. Is it too late to enter? I'm looking at maybe a 2BHK. Should I focus on sectors closer to the expressway, or have the benefits spread out across the whole New Gurugram belt? What pockets have seen the best ROI from this infra boost?
