New Gurugram — this area keeps coming up every time I shortlist something for investment. I just closed on my own 3 BHK in Sector 82 last month, so the property search is fresh. Now, I'm looking for a second property, purely for investment. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr. Log bolte hain ki it's the next big thing, but has it already peaked? Ya fir abhi bhi some sectors ya projects mein acha ROI mil sakta hai? Konse areas dekhne chahiye for good value?
