New Gurugram S89 residents: What's the real deal?

Just moved into a M3M project in Sector 89 last month, and honestly, ground reality thodi different lag rahi hai. Society toh achi hai, amenities bhi theek hain, but daily commute is turning out to be a nightmare, especially during peak hours. I thought Dwarka Expressway access makes it smooth, but internal roads ka traffic bahut hai, yaar. Monsoon is around the corner; I'm worried about waterlogging. Builders don't talk about this much, do they? My maintenance charges are pretty high; not sure if the RWA is effective enough. Any old residents in S89? What are your experiences with traffic and waterlogging? Any hidden costs nobody tells you about before buying? Hope this helps others.
