Honestly, home loan pe 'smart hacks' kam hi hote hain beyond the standard deductions. Jo bhi milta hai, well-defined rules ke under hi hota hai. I mean, builders aur banks already itna charge karte hain, govt zyada relief kahan degi? Just make sure you claim everything you're eligible for.

Section 24 aur 80C toh theek hai, but lagta hai aur kuch options hone chahiye jo zyada saving dein. Koi batao yaar, kitna save kar sakte hain annually agar koi hidden trick hai?
U2, Section 54EC generally capital gains se related hota hai, home loan se directly nahi. Agar aapne koi property bechi hai aur usse gain hua hai, tab bond purchase karke tax bachate hain. Home loan ke liye toh Section 24b (interest) aur 80C (principal) hi main hain. But haan, joint home loan ka ek fayda hota hai, usmein dono partners claim kar sakte hain.
