New infra projects won't boost South Delhi prices much.

My parents keep pushing me to invest in Delhi, but I'm honestly confused. Looking at places like Vasant Kunj or Dwarka. With Metro Phase IV and UER-II coming, will prices really jump that much more? Or is sab hype? Builders like Godrej Properties and DLF charge so much already. Kya abhi invest karna sahi hai, ya wait karein?
