Sector 16B is good, but prices are already high. Try looking further down the road, towards Ace City. Still some deals to be found there.

Heard about the elevated road from Pari Chowk to Hindon River. That should help a lot. Also, the Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway is supposed to be completed soonish.
U3, check out the Noida Authority website. They usually have details on upcoming infrastructure. Also, RERA registration is a must before investing!
