New infrastructure: will it help my Bengaluru property search?

Kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house and looking for a manageable 2BHK flat in Bengaluru. Seshadripuram mein resale ka kya scene hai? I'm considering new areas like Yelahanka or Kanakapura Road. Namma Metro Phase 2/3 expansion se kya in areas mein property values aur living quality sach mein improve hongi? Especially for older folks, we need good hospitals nearby and low maintenance. Any experience with Brigade Group or Sobha Ltd. projects in these areas, considering infrastructure developments?
