New Launch Projects: Amenities are mostly for show.
Just got possession of my 2BHK in a 'New Launch Projects' society last month, near Yamuna Expressway. Honestly, living here is a mixed bag. Brochure mein jo dikhate hain na, amenities, connectivity, sab mein thoda gap hai. Pool abhi tak ready nahi hua, gym equipment bhi basic hai. Commute kaafi time consuming ho jaata hai if you work towards Noida or Delhi, especially with ongoing road construction. Things nobody told me: power backup kaafi unreliable hai, aur grocery options limited hain. Society mein abhi bhi construction chal raha hai, dust bohot hai. Kya aapko bhi laga ki marketing aur reality mein farak hai?

Yaar, ye toh sunke aur darr lag raha hai. Maine bhi Yamuna Expressway pe dekh raha tha. Builder ka naam bata sakte ho kya? Aur kya RERA complaint file nahi kar sakte aise cases mein?
Haan, RERA complaint kar sakte hain but process lamba hota hai aur kaafi documents lagte hain. Builder ka naam abhi publicly nahi bataunga, but it's one of the big ones. Check their past projects, you'll see a pattern.
Totally agree! My friend bought near Alpha I Greater Noida and same story. Brochure mein resort dikhate hain, milta hai construction site. Kya karein yaar, first time buyers ke liye toh sab naya hai.
Sahi kaha bhai, Alpha I mein bhi same haal hai. Mera cousin wahan rehta hai, bolta hai subah-subah construction ki awaaz aati hai. Resort toh door ki baat hai, lagta hai factory mein reh rahe hain.

Yaar, aapki baat sunke bohot relatable laga. Maine bhi Noida Extension mein ek flat liya tha 2 saal pehle, aur same experience. Marketing mein 100 acre green landscape dikhate hain, milta hai 10 acre ka park. Builder ne toh yahan tak promise kiya tha ki society ke andar hi ek high-street market hogi, par abhi tak ek grocery store aur chemist hi khula hai. Amenities toh baad ki baat hai, basic infrastructure bhi time pe nahi milta. Ab aapka kya plan hai? Builder se baat ki ya RERA mein complain kiya?
