New Launch Projects: Are 2BHKs over 1 Cr worth it?
Spent Sunday checking New Launch Projects. Honestly, those 2BHKs over 1 Cr are overrated, yaar. My Sector X 2BHK feels better. Is that price jump for marginal space really justified? Change my mind.

Totally agree yaar! I visited a project near New Chandigarh last week, builder was quoting 1.15 Cr for a 2BHK. Space was barely 1000 sqft. For that price, I could get a decent 3BHK resale in a developed sector. It's just too much for a new launch with so many hidden costs.
Exactly! And these new launches always have so many 'other charges' – club membership, maintenance advance
Haan bhai, same experience. Mera budget 80L tha, ab toh lagta hai 1BHK bhi mushkil hai.
