What's the real ground reality living in New Launch Projects with a family? We need a 3BHK for the kids, and I'm honestly worried about the daily commute to schools from there. Are water and power issues common? Brochures don't mention these things. Is it truly safe for children?

U1, same pinch! Main bhi Landmark Group ke projects dekh raha tha. Unka reputation kaisa hai, koi bata sakta hai? Kahi hum log फस न जाएं with a new builder.

Paani aur bijli ka issue common hai in new areas. Hamare padosi ke project mein generator backup bhi unreliable nikla. Builder promises are just on paper sometimes, you really have to check the fine print.
Commute is a nightmare, especially from areas like Airport Road side. Schools bahut door hote hain aur traffic alag.
Totally relate! Hidden charges aur maintenance ka bhi darr rehta hai. Builders bahut kuch promise karte hain, but ground reality alag hoti hai.
