Dekho, 'too late' jaisa kuch nahi hota, but 'too high' zaroor ho sakta hai. Ghaziabad mein potential hai, especially those areas which are getting connectivity boosts. But abhi prices over-inflated lag rahe hain. Shourya Group ke ek project mein mera ek relative review kar raha tha, 2BHK 65L bol rahe the. Us budget mein, Noida extension mein better options mil sakte hain. My advice would be to look for projects that are closer to completion, even if they cost a little more. Avoid pre-launch completely.

OC ka issue abhi tak chal raha hai. Current market conditions mein buyers ke paas leverage kam hai, builders apni terms dictate karte hain. Naya investment karne se pehle 100 baar sochna chahiye.
