New Launch Projects' hype doesn't match the price

₹95 lakh for a 2BHK in New Launch Projects feels like a stretch. Everyone glorifies the potential yahan, but honestly, I'm seeing such high PLCs and maintenance. Is the appreciation really worth that extra cost, yaar? I'm looking at a few options around 1.2 Cr, but the carpet area bahut small lag rahi hai. Maybe I'm missing something, but most projects just don't justify the price tag. Change my mind.
