Visited a few sites in the 'New Launch Projects' corridor last week. Honestly, kids moved out, so I'm selling our big place and looking for a manageable 2BHK. Everyone glorifies how metro aur expressway ne prices badha diye hain, but New Launch Projects mein mujhe toh bas hype hi dikhi. Is Sector 150 ya phir Expressway ke paas ke projects mein sach mein itna infra benefit hai ki prices justify ho? Ya sirf investors ka khel hai? Looking for a good society, elevator, low maintenance. Change my mind.

Dekho, infra ka fayda toh hai, especially agar aapko connectivity chahiye. Sector 150 mein projects ka value badha hai due to upcoming Jewar Airport. But you have to be very careful
Totally agree with the OP, bhai. Ye metro aur expressway ka hype kuch zyada hi hai. Jab tak ghar ke paas station na ho, kya fayda? Budget mein toh kuch mil hi nahi raha, bas promises hain. Itna darr lag raha hai first-time buying mein.
