The pricing in Chandigarh's New Launch Projects feels quite inflated now. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do a proper site inspection myself. Last 1-2 years mein price trend bahut upar gaya hai, especially in areas like Sector 85-88. Builders are quoting like ₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK, which seems high given the current market. Is it really worth buying now, ya thoda wait karna chahiye for a correction? Matlab, will prices stabilize or will they continue to climb? My main concern is also finding a reliable property manager for rental income and handling legalities remotely. Should I go for it now, ya wait for a dip? What's the community's take on future ROI in this corridor?
