Is buying a new launch in Bangalore just a fancy way to pay for dreams, not reality? Everyone talks about 'pre-launch benefits', but nobody mentions the endless delays, OC issues, ya phir builder ka track record. Prestige Group ke projects Ulsoor mein bhi time lagta hai, sahi hai na? Resale flat le lena zyada practical nahi hai kya, at least ready-to-move toh milta hai? Why pay for 2-3 years of EMI and rent jab certainty nahi hai? Change my mind.

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! I've been eyeing a new launch near Sarjapur for months, but the builder keeps pushing the possession date. My friend booked in an 'early bird' scheme and abhi tak usko RERA number bhi nahi mila. It's so frustrating to pay rent and EMI simultaneously without any certainty.
