New launches are a trap for first-time buyers
RHO I – everyone keeps saying this is the next big thing for first-time buyers, but honestly, I'm not so sure. All this hype around new launches just feels like a trap for people like me. My parents keep saying resale is always safer, and I'm starting to agree. You actually get to see the finished product, no hidden delays or last-minute changes to floor plans. Why would anyone risk their life savings on an under-construction project, especially from builders I barely know? Divine India Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, for example, they have projects there. Are they actually reliable? People glorify 'new' but don't talk about the stress of possession or the actual quality. Is the under-construction fear factor totally justified for first-timers? Change my mind.

Totally agree with the post! Bhai, this 'new launch' craze is so scary for first-timers. My cousin booked a flat in an under-construction project near Alpha I Greater Noida, thinking he'd get it cheap. Abhi tak possession nahi mila, 2 saal late ho gaya hai! Every time I think of booking, yahi sab darr lagta hai. Resale mein at least you know what you're getting.
