New Metro Phase IV expansion will totally change property values, I swear. We're finally looking to upgrade to a 3BHK, kids are growing up fast, school admission ka bhi pressure hai. My wife's main priority is a safe, good neighbourhood like Vasant Kunj or Dwarka, with decent amenities. Budget is around ₹2.5-3.5 Cr for a 3BHK. I'm seeing prices already quite high, especially in areas near existing Metro lines. But I'm wondering if we should wait a bit more? Will prices in areas near the new UER-II or upcoming Metro routes, maybe towards Rohini, really shoot up soon? Yaar, current prices already feel like they've peaked. Is it the right time to jump in, ya thoda aur wait karein for better appreciation? Confused ho gaya hoon. Has anyone else faced this dilemma recently?
