Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices, but now I'm seriously looking for a 2BHK in Bangalore. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do site inspections easily. My main confusion is about Namma Metro Phase 2/3 expansion. Builders like Prestige and Sobha talk about it boosting values in Yelahanka and Sarjapur Road. But is it too late for *affordable* properties near these upcoming corridors? Matlab, abhi invest karna sahi hai ya prices already jump kar chuke hain? Any ground reality checks on this?

Totally agree with you bhai! My family and I have been looking for a 2BHK around Sarjapur Road for months now, and prices have indeed skyrocketed. Builders toh bas metro ka naam leke premium laga rahe hain. Lagta hai affordable ka time toh nikal gaya hai.
Exactly! I saw a project near Sarjapur Road, 2BHK for 90L, and the metro is still years away. It's ridiculous.
