New Noida Aligns Land Rates with YEIDA Amid Development Push

Yaar, I was just talking to Sharmaji about land prices in Noida extension. He was saying, "bhaiyya, itna confusion hai, kahan invest karein?" Well, yeh news kaafi important hai for anyone thinking of buying property near Noida. Apparently, New Noida aur YEIDA have aligned their land rates to ₹4,300 per square metre. Basically, they're trying to make sure sab jagah land valuation same rahe. This should speed up development of homes, factories, and roads. Seedhi baat hai, agar development fast hoga toh property prices will go up eventually. Socha jaa sakta hai ismein investment ka. What do you all think?
