New Noida Aligns Land Rates with YEIDA at INR 4,300 per Sqm

Hey everyone, been hearing a lot of chatter about land prices lately. Are things going to be all over the place, or what? Well, here’s some news: New Noida is now pricing land at the same rate as YEIDA – ₹4,300 per square metre. Basically, this means that land costs should be more consistent across the whole region. This *should* lead to developers being able to get their projects moving faster. Sochiye zaroor – hopefully it will also keep prices in check for us buyers and investors down the line!
