New Noida: Bumper Compensation for Farmers in 80 Villages
Things are moving fast in the New Noida area! The Noida Authority just approved some major compensation packages for farmers in 80 villages whose land will be used for development. They're getting ₹4,300 per square meter, which is the same rate as the Yamuna Authority. What does this mean for us? Well, this clears a big hurdle for the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR) project. Basically, it unlocks land that was stuck, so development can finally pick up speed according to the Noida Master Plan 2031. This could mean more opportunities for investment in the area, and potentially better returns as New Noida takes shape. Has anyone been following this closely or have any first-hand experience with land acquisition in the area? I'm curious to hear your thoughts and any extra insights you might have!
