New Noida City: Compensation for Farmers Announced

Heard a lot of folks worried about Noida real estate going up and up! Well, *seedhi baat*, the Noida Authority just approved land compensation for 'New Noida' at ₹4,300 per square meter, same as Yamuna Authority. This DNGIR project should ease some land availability issues. ₹800 crore set aside just for the first phase! Good news, right? Or will this expansion dilute the market? What do you guys think?
