New Noida: Farmers to Get YEIDA-Level Compensation

Hey Noida fam, ever wondered what's happening with the New Noida project? Well, big news! The Noida Authority just approved compensation rates for farmers whose land will be used for the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR), a.k.a. New Noida. Basically, farmers will now get paid the same rate as those in the Yamuna Expressway area – around ₹4,300 per square meter. This is a big deal because it should speed up land acquisition, which means New Noida can get moving faster. An initial ₹800 crore has been set aside for this first phase. What do you guys think?
