New Noida Flat: The Real Amenity Story
Since March, I've been living in my new flat in Noida. Honestly, things nobody told me before possession. Brochure mein jo amenities dikhaye the, they're mostly non-existent ya phir bilkul different. Clubhouse bas naam ka hai, koi activity nahi hoti, just an empty hall. I'm already seeing small cracks in bathroom tiles, and kitchen fittings bhi loose ho rahe hain within two months. Maintenance charges toh time pe le lete hain, but actual service quality is pathetic, cleaning bhi theek se nahi hoti. Security guards bas gate pe dikhte hain, andar visitor management ka proper system nahi lagta. Is this normal for new societies here? What was your experience with promised amenities vs. delivered after moving in? Any advice on making builder/management fix these issues?

Bhai, this is exactly my fear! I'm looking at Trinity High Street South Avenue, and the brochures show paradise. But after reading your post, I'm genuinely scared. Is this common for most new projects in Noida, especially since their possession date is Sep 2024?
Haan yaar, same pinch! I visited a flat in Alpha I Greater Noida last month, and the club house was just a shell. They promise so much, but deliver so little. Trinity High Street South Avenue ka price range bhi ₹2
