Heard anything about New Noida lately? Well, the Noida Authority just upped the land acquisition rate to ₹4,300 per square meter, bringing it in line with what YEIDA is offering. This is all about getting farmers on board with the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR) project, which needs their land to move forward. What does this mean for us? It could mean faster progress on New Noida, which is good for long-term investment. It might also nudge property prices upwards in the area as development picks up.
