New Noida Land Rate Increased to ₹4,300

Hey everyone, been hearing a lot of chatter about land prices lately, especially with New Noida coming up. Well, here's something interesting: the Noida Authority just bumped up the land acquisition rate in New Noida to ₹4,300 per square metre. Apparently, this matches what YEIDA is offering. The idea is to make it easier for the Authority to actually acquire land for the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR) project. Hopefully, this means things will move faster and more smoothly. Faster land acquisition *could* translate to quicker project timelines down the road. What do you guys think?
