New Noida Land Rates Align with YEIDA for Development

Heard some folks worrying about the different land rates between Noida and YEIDA affecting property values. Well, New Noida just aligned its land prices with YEIDA at ₹4,300 per square meter! Basically, this means smoother land acquisition and hopefully, faster project execution. Should reduce confusion and make things more consistent across the region. What do you guys think? Will this move impact property prices in the long run?

Finally some consistency! YEIDA rates were always lower, making New Noida seem overpriced. Good move, hopefully this attracts more investors.
