Hey everyone, been hearing a lot of questions lately about land acquisition issues potentially delaying projects in New Noida. Well, there's some news on that front that might ease some concerns. The Noida Authority just bumped up the land acquisition rate to ₹4,300 per square meter, bringing it in line with what YEIDA is offering. Essentially, this means farmers are getting better compensation for their land. The hope is that this will smooth out the land acquisition process for the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR). What do you all think? Will this lead to faster development and ultimately impact property prices in the area? Share your thoughts!

Finally some good news! Land acquisition was a major bottleneck. Hopefully, projects will speed up now. Fingers crossed!
