Heard some of you are wondering if New Noida is worth the investment. Well, good news! The Noida Authority is now offering farmers ₹4,300 per sqm for land, same as YEIDA. This should speed things up for the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR) project. Basically, this means the project is more likely to stay on track. What do you all think? Will this affect property prices in the area?

Finally some good news! YEIDA rates were always higher. This might actually make New Noida attractive. Lekin, implementation kab hoga?
I'm skeptical. Higher compensation for farmers just means higher prices for us ultimately. Builders won't absorb that cost, bhai.
Exactly! It's a double-edged sword. DNGIR project is good, but who benefits the most? Not the average buyer, I bet.
Sec 150 is a different beast altogether. It's already developed. DNGIR is still mostly farmland. Comparison doesn't really work.
U5 is right. DNGIR is a long-term play. 150 is already priced in. Think 5-10 years, not 1-2.
True that. Builders are already quoting crazy rates in Sec 150. Imagine what they'll do now.
