Just moved into Signature Global Proxima last month, and honestly, the construction quality is already showing issues. Seeing small cracks and some seepage near the balcony. I bought this as an investment, expecting good tenant attraction and resale, but this is worrying. High maintenance charges for this kind of build quality feels like a rip-off. Is this normal for Gurgaon projects after a few months? How do you guys manage these quick quality drops impacting your ROI?
