New project maintenance charges are always a major shocker

Since the kids moved out, we've been looking to downsize from our big house. Honestly, don't need such a big place anymore; want something manageable. Sattva Lake Ridge is on our shortlist for a 2BHK after selling our existing property. But I'm really worried about the *actual* maintenance charges there. Builders always quote low, right? What are people *really* paying monthly for an upcoming project like this? Also, what's the society vibe like? Is it friendly for older folks, or more isolated? We need a good, low-maintenance community, not just a flat, you know.
