New project power backup is never full backup

Okay I'll be honest — I'm thinking of upgrading from my current 2BHK in Marathahalli to a 3BHK or villa, maybe at Prestige City. Is the price jump really worth it? Builders sab bolte hain 24/7 power backup aur reliable water supply. But actual reality kya hai? Kisi ko pata hai Prestige City mein full flat backup milta hai ya just common areas? Aur water issues toh nahi hain na, like tanker dependency? My current society mein bahut problem hai. Also, lifts ka maintenance kaisa hai?

Bhai, Prestige City ka price range toh ₹45 L se ₹1.6 Cr hai. Itna jump from Marathahalli ke 2BHK ke liye worth it hai kya? Builders toh har cheez ka promise karte hain, especially power backup aur water supply ka. Meri current society mein bhi initially sab smooth tha, ab har doosre din power cut aur tanker aata hai.
