Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on Sector 49. I'm looking for a 3BHK around ₹1 Cr. New Omaxe projects feel heavy on PLCs. My parents suggest resale. Is it really easier to negotiate better all-in costs on secondary market deals in Chandigarh? Worried about hidden charges later.
