New projects mein negotiation bilkul zero hai, resale hi asli game hai. Kids moved out, selling our Defence Colony home. Looking for a smaller 2BHK. Builders like J R Developers, unka price fixed lagta hai. ₹3Cr for a 3BHK, but all-in cost mein kya negotiate hota hai? Stamp duty, parking, PLC... ya bas sticker price hi final hai? Change my mind.

Totally agree yaar! Naya project matlab builder ki marzi. Ek paisa kam nahi kiya. Defence Colony se 2BHK shift, even smaller homes are getting expensive.

Sahi baat hai bhai. Mera dost Dwarka mein J R Developers ka project dekh raha tha, they were super rigid on base price.
