Itna paisa dekar bhi tanker dependency? Matlab, Shriram 107 Southeast Phase 2 jaise projects mein bhi kya same scene hai? Kids have moved out, so we're looking for a compact flat, not this big house anymore. But I'm seeing so many new societies in Bangalore still rely heavily on tankers. Builders promise 24/7 water, but is it true? Aur elevators ka kya haal hai? Seniors ke liye reliable lift bahut important hai. Later, service calls pe kitna time lagta hai? My friend's lift breaks down frequently. Are these basic things too much to ask for? Agree, or am I expecting too much?

Toh finally, Shriram 107 Southeast Phase 2 is a good option or not? How do we verify these claims before booking?
Not all projects are bad, but you have to do your homework. Some smaller builders in Adigara Kallahalli are actually delivering better quality for basic amenities than big names. But yes, maintenance costs are another hidden trap. Kya maintenance charges bhi bahut high hote hain in new societies?
Absolutely, high maintenance is a given now. And with Bangalore's current market, property prices are already inflated, so every extra cost bites. Builders are cutting corners on quality, especially for basic infrastructure like water and lifts, to maintain profit margins. It's a tough time for first-time buyers who want value for money.
Maintenance charges are a huge deal, yaar! My friend in an older society near Agrahara Layout pays a bomb every month, and facilities are still mediocre. For new projects, they lure you with lower initial maintenance, but then hike it up. Definitely something to factor into the budget.
I visited a project near Aavalahalli last month, and the sales guy was promising everything under the sun – 24/7 water, power backup, high-speed lifts. But when I asked residents outside, they had a completely different story about frequent power cuts and water timings. It's so hard to trust anyone these days. This is my first home purchase, and I'm so confused.
Shriram 107 Southeast Phase 2 ka kya scene hai phir? Is it really completed but still has these issues? Price range kya hai wahan?
Even after completion, the ground reality can be very different. My cousin bought in Akshayanagar, and even for a supposedly completed project, they faced water pressure issues for months. Tankers were a daily sight for almost a year. Builders just get away with these temporary fixes. Shriram is a big name, but still, you need to check ground reports thoroughly.
Haan bhai, Shriram 107 Southeast Phase 2 is actually completed as per RERA. Price range is ₹62 L – ₹84 L. RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/190715/002689. But completion doesn't mean problem-free, right?
Totally agree with the original post! Builders just promise the moon and deliver dust. Water tanker dependency is a huge red flag, especially when paying such high prices. Aur woh lifts ka toh kehna hi kya, my parents are seniors too, so this is a major concern for me. It feels like basic amenities are an afterthought.
