Anyone else facing tanker dependency issues in new societies? I just moved into Prestige City kuch mahine pehle, aur water supply ka scene unexpected nikla. Builder brochure mein toh full reliable supply dikhate hain, but actual mein kaafi baar tankers pe depend karna padta hai. My discovery: site visit pe sirf amenities mat dekho. Tank capacity, borewell connections, aur society ka water source detail mein confirm karo. Neighbors se baat karna best hai, they give the real picture. Hope this helps someone avoid future headaches.
