New Sohna resident, already seeing some red flags

Manesar — just moved into my new 2BHK here last month, possession was in March. Honestly, things nobody told me about the everyday living are popping up. My flat was ₹78L, thought it was a good deal. The water supply is a bit erratic sometimes, and the road quality near my society entrance is still not great, like they just left it. I'm seeing a lot of empty plots around, wondering about future development and if it'll bring more traffic or noise. Also, resale value... not sure if I'm overthinking it but what if things don't pick up as expected? Has anyone else faced these kinds of surprises in Manesar, especially around sectors near the highway? Am I the only one noticing these small things that add up? Should I be worried about future appreciation given these minor issues? Just looking for some genuine opinions.
