New vs resale in Noida: Can't decide which is better

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 150. Fed up of renting, thinking of buying now. New builder projects seem so expensive. Is resale really better value, ya phir hidden costs wahan bhi hain?

Haan bhai, same boat. Rent dete dete thak gaya hoon. New projects ki quality toh achi lagti hai but budget hil jaata hai. Resale mein bargaining ka scope rehta hai kya? Ya sab fixed hota hai?

Totally relate! Sector 150 mein naye projects ke prices dekh ke darr lagta hai. Resale mein bhi kya itne hidden costs hote hain? My budget is already stretched.
