Newbie in Sector 5, Noida – first impressions

Honestly, moving to Sector 5 Noida last month has been an eye-opener. I got a 2BHK for around ₹75L, thinking metro connectivity would be seamless. It is, but the last-mile connectivity from the Sector 15 metro station to my society is a real headache. Auto wale bahut zyada charge karte hain, especially in the evenings. Plus, parking is a nightmare. Society ke andar toh theek hai, but visitors ke liye parking space bilkul nahi hai. RWA ki maintenance charges bhi kaafi high lag rahi hain, ₹4 per sqft, but service utni achhi nahi lag rahi. I'm wondering if this is normal for Sector 5 or just my society? Kya aap logo ka bhi same experience hai with metro access and parking yahan?
