Did a site visit to Next India Rashtra on Saturday, aur honestly, marketing vs reality thoda alag laga. I work in real estate, so I see through the spin, but when it's for myself, I'm extra critical. The display unit was impressive, no doubt, but looking at the actual floor plans, carpet area efficiency feels off. Matlab, super area bahut zyada lag raha hai for the usable space. Kya yeh project genuinely good hai daily living ke liye, ya sirf paper pe achha dikhta hai? Neighbors se suna hai construction noise abhi bhi bahut hai aur air quality bhi concern hai.
