For a first-time buyer like me, it's a huge investment, and long-term ROI is critical. Are the promised amenities like the clubhouse and gym actually delivered on time, or are they just on paper? And how about maintenance post-possession? Does that amenity premium really justify the price, especially with the ₹2.7 Cr starting point?
