₹2.70 Cr for a unit in Next India Rashtra is a big ticket, but is the ROI actually there? I'm looking at it purely from an investor perspective. Builder ka track record theek hai but delivery timelines par thoda doubt hai. What's the *actual* rental yield people are seeing here? Matlab, kitna rent nikal jaata hai monthly? From my calculations, capital appreciation needs to be strong for good overall ROI. The resale market for these high-value properties can be tricky. Will finding a buyer in 5-7 years be easy, ya liquidity ka issue aayega? Kya opinion hai for long-term wealth creation?

Bhai, exactly my thoughts! ₹2.7 Cr se start ho raha hai, but is price point pe Gurugram mein options bahut hain. Next India Rashtra ka naam toh bada hai, but delivery timelines ka issue sunke darr lagta hai. Meri cousin ne bhi ek project mein invest kiya tha, builder ne 2 saal late kar diya.
Totally agree with you. Gurugram ka market abhi kaafi inflated lag raha hai, builders price hike karte hain but delivery mein compromise hota hai
