Nexus Prime Square

Been looking for 8 months now and I'm fed up of renting, seriously. EMI vs rent math doesn't look so bad anymore. Everyone glorifies Nexus Prime Square's location, but no one talks about actual investor returns. Builder ka track record kaisa hai, will they deliver on time? Not sure if the initial pricing had any real upside for appreciation. What's the *real* rental yield people are getting there, not brochure figures? Lagta hai bas hype hai. Change my mind.
