NH-24 Ghaziabad ka premium ab worth it nahi?
NH-24 Highway corridor, Ghaziabad mein – I'm seriously debating if the current prices make sense anymore. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Indirapuram, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a small villa. But NH-24 pe premium kaafi high lag raha hai, especially for new projects. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr, but for a good 3BHK, it's pushing ₹1.5 Cr easily. Not sure if the price jump is worth it, ya fir market peak kar chuka hai. Rani Laxmibai Nagar jaise areas mein log kya bolte hain? Koi specific projects hain jahan abhi bhi achha value mil sakta hai, ya sab overvalued hain? Already have a home loan, so EMI ka load manage karna padega. Is it just me, or have the prices climbed too quickly? Should I wait, ya fir yehi new normal hai? Any honest opinions ya experiences?

Totally agree yaar. NH-24 pe prices have gone crazy. I was looking for a 2BHK in Ahinsa Khand II and even that is touching 90L-1Cr now. Builders are quoting premium for amenities jo kabhi deliver hi nahi hoti. Lagta hai market peak pe hai, wait karna hi theek rahega. Kya lagta hai, yeh prices sustain honge?
