Are NH-24 Ghaziabad property prices justified, ya builders hype kar rahe hain? I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. I'm eyeing a 3BHK from Gaurs or Gulshan Homz. Ready-to-move units are hitting ₹80-90L. Feels high for Ghaziabad, even with Delhi-Meerut Expressway. Is there negotiation room? What's the resale market like? Agar 3-5 saal mein shift karna pade, will it be easy to sell without a hit? I know builders play super area games. Any off-the-record insights on Gaurs/Gulshan quality in NH-24?

Bhai, totally agree with your assessment. 80-90L for a 3BHK in Ghaziabad, even on NH-24, sounds steep. I was looking at Ahinsa Khand 1 and even there, prices are pushing limits. Builder hype lag raha hai, ya phir market mein itna paisa aa gaya hai?
