NH-24 pe 3BHK projects ki pricing mujhe thodi off lag rahi hai. Mera budget ₹80L-1.5Cr hai aur parents bolte hain Pilkhuwa side dekho. Connectivity ka issue na ho jaye. Kaun se projects wahan is range mein best deal hain? I'm not sure if the value justifies the distance. Any experiences ya recommendations?
