NH-48 Gurugram is overrated for residential: Change my mind.

₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK on NH-48... everyone says location is great. But I just moved into Sector 15 last month. Hidden costs, bad traffic, aur drainage issues are a nightmare. Power cuts too. Nobody talks about these real problems. Is it just my society or poore NH-48 ka yahi haal hai? Highway connectivity is glorified, not the ground reality. Change my mind.
