NH-8: Builder claims vs monsoon reality
Last year, I finally thought I'd found the right builder on NH-8. Being in real estate myself, I know the drill, but even I got caught with their marketing. Promises of zero waterlogging and top-notch drainage for my flat. Now, monsoon mein halat kharab hai. Roads are waterlogged every other rain. This impacts daily life and resale value. My clients ask about ROI yahan pe, aur I'm honestly not sure what to tell them. Have others faced this with builders on NH-8? What did you do?

Bhai, which builder are you talking about? Naam batao toh thoda idea lage. Maine bhi Baharampur Naya ke paas ek project dekha tha, unhone bhi same claims kiye the. Really worried now after reading your post.
Totally agree yaar! NH-8 ka toh yahi haal hai. Builders bas bade-bade waade karte hain, zameen par kuch aur hi hota hai.
