Guys, I'm confused between Nimbus The Hyde Park and Antriksh Golf City. Both are ready to move. Kya Antriksh Golf City mein construction quality achi hai? Hyde Park ka location mujhe zyada better lag raha hai. What do you think about the connectivity from both locations? Investment ke liye kaunsa better rahega? Kisi ne dono projects mein visit kiya hai? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one would you recommend and why? Please share your experiences. Thanks!

Meri personal advice hai, agar aap budget-conscious ho aur first-time buyer, toh thoda aur research karo. Dono projects mein pros aur cons hain. Hyde Park ka location aur RERA status theek hai, par construction quality aur society ki upkeep dekhni padegi. Antriksh se toh door hi raho. Maybe look at some projects near Alistonia Estate, wahan bhi kuch options hain jo budget mein aa sakte hain aur naye hain. Don't rush into it.

I visited both projects last month. Antriksh Golf City mein kuch blocks mein abhi bhi kaam chal raha hai, aur jo ready hain unki finishing dekh ke laga ki jaldi-jaldi mein kiya hai. Nimbus Hyde Park ka infrastructure better hai, but the flats felt a bit old, like they've been sitting vacant for a while. The total units are 2092, so it's a huge society. This means more amenities, but also potentially more maintenance issues with so many people.
Investment ke liye toh dono hi projects risky lag rahe hain. Especially Antriksh Golf City, unka RERA compliance ka bhi issue tha beech mein. Nimbus Hyde Park ka RERA number UPRERAPRJ9689 hai aur possession 2018 mein ho chuka hai, toh legal side se theek lagta hai. But Noida mein abhi market thoda slow hai, toh appreciation kitna milega, keh nahi sakte.
U8, market slow wali baat toh correct hai. Mera agent bhi bol raha tha ki abhi buyer's market hai, negotiating power zyada hai. Lekin agar appreciation nahi milega toh first home buying ka point hi kya hai? Sirf rehne ke liye itna bada loan lena worth it nahi lagta.
Dekho, main Nimbus Hyde Park mein visit kar chuka hoon. Location wise it's good, especially agar aapko Noida Expressway ki taraf travel karna hai. Connectivity from there to places like Alpha II is decent. Price range ₹37 L – ₹3.3 Cr hai, toh options bahut mil jayenge. Par haan, construction quality average lagi mujhe, kuch areas mein patch-up work dikha. Antriksh ka toh main suggest nahi karunga, bahut delay aur quality issues ki stories suni hain.
U5, aapne sahi point uthaya connectivity ka. Main bhi Ajayabpur ke paas kaam karta hoon, toh Hyde Park ka location mere liye bhi better lag raha hai. Par jab aap average quality bol rahe ho, toh kya itna average hai ki future mein problem ho sakti hai? Jaise leakage ya lift issues?

Connectivity ke liye Hyde Park theek hai, lekin Antriksh Golf City Alpha I Greater Noida ke paas hai, wahan se connectivity bhi buri nahi.
