Been looking at smaller flats since the kids left. Under-construction projects like Evermark are a gamble with hidden charges. Nimbus Golden Palms (ready) feels safer, less headache. Change my mind.
Builder promises for amenities are often just a marketing gimmick, especially with completed projects. We're considering Nimbus The Golden Palms in Noida Extension for a 3BHK. The brochure looked great, but I'm hearing maintenance charges are insane, and some amenities barely work. My wife really wants a safe community with decent play areas for our kids. Is the society actually good for families, or just good on paper? Are these high charges justified for what's delivered? Did anyone else feel misled after possession?
Visited Nimbus The Golden Palms' virtual tour. Dubai se construction quality aur promised amenities ki ground reality samajh nahi aa rahi. Cracks, seepage common hain kya? Resale pe farak padega?
